1. General Information and Definitions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") serves as a legal agreement between the 35bdo platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). 35bdo is an online gaming platform operated for the Bangladeshi market, offering sports betting, casino games, slots, and other entertainment gaming services.

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" — The 35bdo website (35bdo.cam) and all services under it.
• "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on 35bdo.
• "Authority" — The organization operating 35bdo and its authorized representatives.
• "Gaming Activities" — Sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and other betting services available on the platform.
• "Wallet" — The digital balance linked to each member's account.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, cashback, or reward granted by the Authority.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Eligibility

To register on the 35bdo platform and take part in gaming activities, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform provides services only to those aged 21 and above. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and any associated winnings will be considered void.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To become a member, each individual must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must hold a valid national ID card or passport.
• Must provide an active mobile number and email address.
• All information provided during registration must be true and accurate.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Must agree to these terms and conditions.

2.3 Verification (KYC)

35bdo may request identity verification from a member at any time. The member is required to provide a copy of their national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate, as well as proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). The Authority reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Keeping the account username and password confidential is solely the member's responsibility. Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited.

If a member becomes aware of any unauthorized use of their account or a security breach, they must notify our support team immediately. Follow the steps below to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong password (a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters).
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Avoid accessing your account from unfamiliar devices or networks.
• Change your password regularly.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the 35bdo platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka), applicable for each payment method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds will be credited to the account after verification.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this may vary due to verification or other requirements. The following conditions must be met at the time of withdrawal:

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the member's own name.

4.3 Payment Method Verification

The payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the member's own name. Use of third-party payment accounts is not permitted. Transactions may be cancelled if this rule is violated.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000 (ten thousand taka). After claiming this bonus, the total amount (deposit + bonus) cannot be withdrawn until a minimum wagering requirement of 15 (fifteen) times has been completed.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

35bdo's VIP program has four tiers, each with weekly cashback rates:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers based on regular gaming activity and overall contributions.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering conditions — please read the details before accepting any offer.
• Winnings earned with bonus funds will first be deducted from the bonus balance.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempts to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in account suspension.
• The Authority reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless clearly stated in the offer.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All gaming activities on the 35bdo platform are conducted on the basis of fairness and transparency. The games used on our platform employ verified technology that ensures random outcomes. The following gaming rules apply:

• Each game has its own rules, which are stated in the game interface.
• Betting limits are set separately for each game and market.
• If a bet or game is not completed due to a technical error, the relevant wager will be considered void.
• 35bdo is not responsible for any game-related disputes caused by internet disconnection.
• Bets placed based on incorrect information displayed due to software or hardware errors may be cancelled.

6.1 Special Sports Betting Rules

Certain special rules apply to betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA and the Premier League), kabaddi, and other sports. Bets will be accepted within the set deadline before a match begins. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Providing false or fake identity information.
• Hacking an account, using bots, or operating games through any automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or software bugs on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Behaving in an abusive manner toward the Authority or support staff.
• Organizing other members against the platform or attempting any coordinated manipulation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The 35bdo platform is not responsible for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, third-party service failures, or internet connection issues. 35bdo's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Services being restricted or discontinued due to government regulatory directives.
• Game-related losses caused by the member's own device or connection issues.

Gaming carries inherent risk. Members acknowledge that they participate in gaming activities voluntarily and at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property and Privacy

All content on the 35bdo platform — including logos, designs, software code, game graphics, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of the 35bdo Authority. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying these without permission is prohibited.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Changes to Terms and Termination

35bdo authority reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. If members continue to use the platform, they will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.

12.2 Account Closure

A member may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance.

In the event of a rule violation, the authority reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice.
